David Attenborough on Using the Latest Technology for 'Micro Monsters 3D'

Anthony Geffen of Spear's talks to celebrated nature documentarian David Attenborough about his latest project: Micro Monsters 3D filmed in 5K 3D. Says Attenborough, "I have been amazed at how much we’ve been able to do. Filming in 3D is a very different matter from just peeping about with one little camera. In many ways you might worry that the technology would get between you and the best behaviour of the animals. But it’s not proved that way. Moving Brands Create Interactive Music Video with Kinect

Agency Moving Brand has created an interactive music video meant to reflect the themes and lyrics of Duologue's song "Machine Stop." Explains Anna Richardson Taylor of Creative Review, "Shot on an elaborate Microsoft Kinect set-up, the final video is embedded in the Machine Stop website and allows viewers to zoom in, move around and experience the footage from different angles by clicking and dragging their mouse. Berberian Sound Studio, a thriller about a movie sound mixer, opens on Friday and Mekado Murphy of The New York Times profiles it and other films that focus on the often overlooked work of a sound engineer. Says director Peter Strickland, "If you take this very ridiculous image of grown men smashing watermelons, but couple that with very repellent violence, when you’re watching it, you think: ‘Should I laugh?
